Mr.Christian Gregorowicz's extensive background includes Project Management, Business Analysis, Management, Teaching as well as Consultancy with international firms within the Insurance and Finance Industries. Companies he has worked for includes Libano Arabe Assurances & Reassurances Lebanon, Cap Gemini France.
Christian has worked and studied in Lebanon and France. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Computer and a Master of Science in management from St. Joseph University along enjoying ongoing further education and participation in conferences to both continue his own learning and share his knowledge and experience with others.
He started his carrier in the insurance in 1994, and joined NEXtCARE Lebanon in 2002 as Assistant General Manager. By mid 2004 he was appointed General Manager heading the NEXtCARE UAE Operation. Within the space of one year he was appointed Regional MD in charge of existing territories and developing new ones. Christian travels frequently as he drives the company forward, putting it on the MENA map at a dynamic and healthy pace, which was most recently punctuated by the integration of NEXtCARE within world leading financial services Allianz Group.

Dr Hazem Al Madi is a Bachelor of Medicine and General Surgery 1995, and has continued his medical education and development through a variety of degrees and roles in medical management. He has long and valuable experience in health insurance management operations, health insurance billing software consultancy and international TPA experience. Contributed as main speaker in the international and regional healthcare symposium. He is currently heading the heath Insurance department at the Oman Insurance Company - UAE and has responsibility for both underwriting operations as well as medical claims operations.
